As soon as I saw this ads I was so happy that it's been so long I wanna try the Balm products. First I was a bit confused because the info stated the sale is 12pm of Your time and it shows 4 time zone. I'm based in Singapore and I have no idea when can I start order. But The Balm customer service is very helpful and they told me that I can start order from 9am - 1pm PST.
I was so excited and even put some items into my cart before sale starts. So when the sale starts I was about to check out then the problem started, error keep showing and I cannot check out. Yes I've tried almost 3 to 4 hours and finally the order went through. Yayyy!!
Though it really took time to placed an order, but I have to say that The Balm customer service is really great. Due to the technical issues experienced they extended the sale for 24 hour till tomorrow 10am PST. For some people who cannot place an order today, according to The Balm twitter feed, The Balm will hold another sale within the next few weeks when they get the stronger server.
