As soon as I saw this ads I was so happy that it's been so long I wanna try the Balm products. First I was a bit confused because the info stated the sale is 12pm of Your time and it shows 4 time zone. I'm based in Singapore and I have no idea when can I start order. But The Balm customer service is very helpful and they told me that I can start order from 9am - 1pm PST. 
I was so excited and even put some items into my cart before sale starts. So when the sale starts I was about to check out then the problem started, error keep showing and I cannot check out. Yes I've tried almost 3 to 4 hours and finally the order went through. Yayyy!! 

Though it really took time to placed an order, but I have to say that The Balm customer service is really great. Due to the technical issues experienced they extended the sale for 24 hour till tomorrow 10am PST. For some people who cannot place an order today, according to The Balm twitter feed, The Balm will hold another sale within the next few weeks when they get the stronger server. 
Yes!! it's a great new and can't wait for their another sale.

Lancome Holiday Beauty Set 2013

It's been so long that I haven't make any new post. Now I'm back and wanna share about my beauty purchase, swatches, review and many more.

Last few days ago, I bought Lancome Holiday Beauty Set at Metro Paragon. This set is available at SGD $118 (worth over $600) with the purchase of $130 Lancome products. Actually I went to Lancome counter just to buy Lancome Teint Visionnaire foundation but ended up buying some few items including this set. 
I'll make a review about other items next time. When I went and bought this set, Lancome counter at Metro is having 20% discount for one day only, which was directly deducted, not the refund coupon.

Yes, this set is so pretty and really worth buying. Lancome SA told me that all 3 brushes are full size and they just make a brush handle for travel size. The brush set alone worth $160 and you can get the whole beauty set at $118!! I really couldn't missed that deal and decided to grab it.

Urban Decay Book Of Shadows IV

I haven't written this blog for a month. Finally, I got spare time and decided to share my experience about Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV. I would say that this Palette is amazing. You can get 16 shadows (10 new shades), 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (full size), Supercurl Curling Mascara (travel size), Eyeshadow Primer Potion (travel size), a Card with 5 QR codes which you can scan with your phone and watch how-to videos, 1 portable mini speaker and USB cable.

Well, I would say I love this set. It's value for money and you can try lots of things. I couldn't ask anymore and I would highly recommend Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV.  All colors are so pretty and pigmented. It's really fun to play with lots of eyeshadows. Scanned QR codes and you can also watch and learn how to videos. I'm sure you won't regret to have this one. Do let me know your opinion, whether you love it or leave it.

MAC Viva Glam Nicki lipstick

Ricky Martin and Nicki Minaj team up and introduced Viva Glam Nicki lipstick and Ricki lip conditioner for the charity, which every cent from the sale will goes toward to MAC AIDS Fund.
I'm so in love with Nick lipstick and can't wait to try it as soon as I saw the post on Temptalia. Luckily it just released in Singapore on 1st March 2012. Retail price is $28. As soon as I woke up this morning, I called to MAC counter and checked about this lipstick. MAC staff told me that it's already in store and confirm that price is $28. I went there in the evening and grab Nicki lipstick.
I don't know how many times I said that I'm so in love with this lipstick. It's bold, unique, daring and limited edition. The color is bright yellow pink with satin finish. I love it so much, it's wearable and last long for hours. But be careful if you have dry lips as it can highlight your lip's flaw, like chapped lip. If you have dry lips, it would be better to exfoliate your lips, put the lip balm first and then apply this lipstick.

Maybelline Lipstick swatches

I ordered Maybelline lipsticks last few weeks ago and finally I received my items. I got Maybelline Sensational lipcolor in Pink Please (025) and Maybelline Sensational High Shine lipstick in Pink Freeze (805). I'm so in love with these lipsticks color as they are so pretty and pigmented. As my opinion Pink Please is pale pink with matte finish but it doesn't dry out the lip. The color is so lovely and can use as everyday wear. As for Pink Freeze, it's a bright bubble gum pink with glossy shine finish. I really love both of them and can't say which one I prefer because both are so pretty and have different finish. OMG..I can't stop raving about them..lol..both look so pretty on my NC25 skin tone.

I would really recommend these lipstick to try as they are so lovely, pigmented and moisturized your lips as well.

Vanity Trove - February 2012

Today I received my February's Trove that I ordered from Vanity Trove . I was sleeping when postman knocked my door and passed this parcel to me. When I saw this parcel I know exactly that it's from Vanity Trove. As soon as I got this, there's no more sleepiness and can't wait to open my very first Trove.

As for an accessories I chose to redeem earring stud called Liz Claiborne. Two OPI minis bottles really matched with the Valentine Theme and I'm so in love with them. I'm not a person who like to wear nail polish but Vanity Trove introduced me with OPI Nicki Minaj collection.I swatch a pink(Pink Friday) on my ring finger, which is a bubblegum baby pink, and I was like OMG..!! it's so pretty. Then I put the glitter (Save me) over Pink Friday and I couldn't agree anymore that they both are really true match, compliment each other. There are 6 different colors in this collection and I got 2 out of 6. All in all, I'm so in love with Metallic 4 life, which is a silver small hex glitter in black base, and I made an order immediately. Well, February's Trove gives me a really sweet surprise and I'm looking forward to get some more in next month.
